Billed monthly in arrears, for lessons actually held

The terms

No lock-in

There's no contract. You're free to stop at the end of any week. Invoices arrive on the last day of each month for the lessons actually held, payable by bank transfer within seven days.

Fair cancellations

A lesson cancelled with at least 24 hours' notice isn't charged. A cancellation inside 24 hours, or a no-show, is charged in full. The same rule binds me, and if I ever cancel inside 24 hours I owe a free lesson the following week.

Progress you can see

Every invoice comes with a short update drawn from your child's record: what was covered, where they've moved forward, where work still remains, and what's coming next.
